Truls started his entrepreneurial journey at 19 years old in a small restaurant kitchen and went on to build Rscued into one of Sweden’s most sustainable juice brands. With a business idea based on creating products from food that would otherwise go to waste, he served as CEO for 11 years.

During this session, Truls will talk about entrepreneurship, circular business models and how to build innovative organisations. He will share insights from both successes and setbacks, with a focus on one key lesson: that one of the most important skills for driving growth is learning to see opportunities and having the courage to act on them.

Whether you already have an idea, are curious about entrepreneurship, or simply want to understand how something overlooked can become the foundation of a business, this session will give you inspiration, practical insights and honest reflections on building something of your own.
