Overview of CEE's range of courses

The range of higher education pedagogical courses can be divided into three levels:

  • The basic level which is mainly aimed at doctoral students includes the courses Introduction to Teaching and Learning in Higher Education and Communicating Research. On this level you also find a special course for adjunct professores called Teaching, Learning and Supervision in Higher Education for Adjunct Professors.
  • At the intermediate level, you find several courses for teachers with some more experience. The two courses Developing and Leading Courses at LTH and the Readership (Docent) Course are focused on course responsibility in undergraduate education and research supervision. The courses The Good Lecture, Develop Your Course with Active Learning, and Supervision in Theory and Practice deepen the competence in specific parts of the teaching role. At the request of LTH's departments, CEE also offers a Collegial Project Course for teaching teams.
  • At the in depth level, there are two courses for teachers who want to develop and merit further. Teaching Portfolio Workshop and SoTL Project Course for an in-depth project within Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
