The Society of Swedish Engineers in Great Britain 2023 scholarship awarded to LTH-student
LTH student Oliver Belfiore, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, has been awarded the 2023 scholarship from the Society of Swedish Engineers in Great Britain for "his passion for technology, design, motorsport, and his technical skills."

One contributing factor to Oliver Belfiore receiving the scholarship is his involvement in Formula Student, where he has participated in the development and design of three Formula Student race cars. In the fall, Oliver will be studying Motorsport Engineering at Oxford Brookes University.
The scholarship amounts to £5000 (approximately 60,000 SEK) to support engineering studies in England.
The Society of Swedish Engineers in Great Britain (SIS) was established in 1924, and from the very beginning, they created a scholarship fund to enable engineering studies in England for Swedish students.
