Welcome to a breakfast talk with Ironic Biotech. They will present how they developed a portfolio of patented non-animal heme iron compounds with absorption rates comparable to the iron in meat, and discuss what lies ahead.

Nélida Leiva Eriksson, senior lecturer at the Department of Process and Life Science Engineering at Lund University, founded Ironic Biotech to put an end to the tiredness and fatigue caused by iron deficiency, which can lead to fatigue, focus issues, headaches, heart palpitations, learning disabilities, and depression.

Now Ironic Biotech has patented a non-animal heme iron compound with absorption rates comparable to the iron in meat.
