Funding from Swedish Research Council to Engineering Health

In the recent grant decision by Swedish Research Council several researchers from the LTH profile area Engineering Health are present. Together, they have been granted nearly 34 millions SEK.

  • Maria Antfolk: "Uncovering the effects of the intestine microbiome on the aging intestines", 4,3 millions SEK
  • Wei Qiu: "Non-Newtonian acoustic fluidics: from fundamental understanding to biomedical applications", 4,8 millions SEK
  • Martin Stridh: "Data-driven outcome prediction of cardiovascular diseases", 4,3 millions SEK
  • Malin Lindstedt: "New strategies for antibody-based therapy targeting myeloid cells in solid tumors", 4,3 millions SEK
  • Heiner Linke: "Performance and thermodynamics of artificial motor proteins", 4,8 millions SEK
  • Amir Aminifar: "Reliable federated learning with unreliable participants", 5,99 millions SEK

Swedish Research Council, Medicine and health:

  • Mats Ohlin: "Allergen-specific immunotherapy and human antibody responses – efficacy and relationship to antibody-based biomarkers", 5,4 millions SEK
