Thesis defense: "Cell Sorting for Biomechanical Characterization of Cancer Cells."
Esra Yilmaz defends her thesis "Cell Sorting for Biomechanical Characterization of Cancer Cells".
Esra used microscopic physical arrays to filter and sort cancer cells based on their mechanical properties. It is proposed that this may lead to prediction/assessment of metastatic potential of cancers.
