More and more research funders require that researchers publish open access, that is make their work freely available. As a researcher you can take part in a seminar discussing common guidelines on how to publish your articles open access. We will also provide you with a few tips on how to find open access journals within your own subject.

Furthermore, we will give you some information about some of the so-called reading and writing agreements that Lund University has signed with for instance Springer. The agreements mean that researchers at the university can publish themselves without taking the publishing costs, as the costs are covered within the agreements. We will also be looking into how you can use LUCRIS and other open archives to make your own research meet funding requirements regarding open access.
