Tess is a Research Fellow in the Global Development Technologies group at Global Good, Intellectual Ventures, an Assistant Research Professor in the Earth and Environmental Systems Institute (EESI) at Penn State, and an Adjunct Associate Research Scientist at the Columbia Water Center, in the Earth Institute at Columbia University.
