In my role as Library Manager at LTH I lead the work at the LTH library and have budget, personnel and work environment responsibilities. I am part of the Management group at LTH's office and the Management group within the Lund University Libraries network.

I have a librarian education and have been working as a manager for many years, both in public and private sector. I am curious, communicative and entrepreneurial in my approach. My ambition is to be a committed and development-oriented leader. I want the staff to feel motivation, job satisfaction and participation in the work. I want an open dialogue, to support the development of new ideas and to reflect on what we do.
